📦 Product Information & Customer Responsibility

All product descriptions, specifications, images, lengths, textures, lace types, densities, and care instructions are clearly stated on each product page.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

 

•  You have read and understood the full product description
• You are purchasing the item as described
• You accept responsibility for selecting the correct item

Failure to read product details does not qualify for a return or refund.

 

🚫 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is faulty.

 

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Not reading the product description
• Ordering the wrong item
• Wrong length, colour, lace type, or density selected
• Items that have been worn, installed, altered, customised, washed, cut, coloured, or styled
• Opened or tampered packaging
• Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (including wigs and hair products)

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos and/or videos
• Order number
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement or
• A refund (where applicable), in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

Items reported after use, installation, or alteration will not be accepted as faulty.

• Delays caused by couriers
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Missed or failed delivery attempts
