At Strands by Tee, we take pride in providing high-quality hair and wig products. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, or hair products once they have been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, cut, or tampered with in any way.

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping 🚚 

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Wigs or hair products that have been worn, installed, or altered

  • Items with lace cut, adhesive residue, makeup, or styling marks

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

 



Returns Process


  1. Email us at strandsbytee@gmail.com within the return window

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 



Refunds


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

📄 Returns & Restocking Fee Policy 

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers processing, handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
    In original condition
  • In original packaging

Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, cutting, colouring, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.

 

UK Consumer Rights


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty or misdescribed items are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with UK law.
